Fujian Yunxiao 1000 tph EPC Crushing plant
A large sand and gravel production line with a daily output of over 1000 tons is planned to start construction in October 2021 in Yunxiao County, Fujian. The project is expected to be completed within approximately 100 days and put into operation in January 2022.

Project Background
In the second half of 2021, our company received a task from the owner to build a large-scale sand and stone production line with a daily output of over 1000 tons in Yunxiao County, Fujian. The project was planned to start in October 2021 and officially put into operation in January 2022, with a total construction period of about 100 days.
After on-site inspection and consultation with the owner, our industrial technology group immediately submitted the design proposal for approval and formed a project team to organize experienced construction teams for civil engineering, crushing and sand-making installation, wastewater and sludge treatment installation, and power construction to start working immediately in different zones. They worked tirelessly, ensuring quality and completing the task on time.

We have equipped the production line with two of the world's leading HPY800 high-performance multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers (with a maximum feed size of 350mm, a maximum installed power of 630KW, and a maximum processing capacity of 1200 tph), and other advanced equipment to meet the production requirements.
Fully enclosed workshop, protecting the ecological environment. A high-standard production workshop is built, with fully enclosed production, wastewater treatment measures, and dust suppression measures, making it more environmentally friendly. The wastewater, dust, and noise emissions fully comply with the relevant national environmental requirements, achieving green production.
