Project Background


The purchaser requires an environmentally friendly, efficient, energy-saving, intelligent, cost-effective production line with all equipment intact. We have formed a project team to meet this customer demand, and our technical staff will be involved in the entire production line construction process.


The designed production capacity of this project is 2.4 million tons per year, with a minimum of 16.2 hours of effective operation per day and no less than 253 days of production. The product specifications are 32-40, 24-32, 10-24, 0-5mm manufactured sand.
