Project Background
This project is located in the eastern coastal area of Zhangwan Port Industrial Zone in Jiaocheng District. The raw material is the remaining earth and stone from the site, with a huge volume left over. Due to the requirement of overall control planning and construction, the production line has a short processing period of only 2 years. The project site is located near the coastline, requiring high environmental protection standards for construction.
Upon receiving the project, we immediately formed a project team with experienced and skilled personnel to meet the challenges of limited site, high production capacity, tight schedule, and strict green environmental protection requirements. Our principle is to meet customer requirements, provide excellent service, and win the market with quality and integrity. With the close cooperation between DeRui and the project team, we completed the construction of this large-scale gravel production line in just 4 months.
The designed production capacity of this project is 2000 tons/hour, with a product size of 22-31.5mm, 10-22mm, 5-10mm, and 0-5mm manufactured sand.

The project uses a central control system with high automation, saving production costs and achieving the optimal input-output ratio for the project, resulting in a win-win situation. Advanced equipment and high production efficiency. With a required production capacity of 2000 tph, the project demands high performance from both individual equipment and the entire production line. We equipped the project with 4 HPY800 high-performance multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers (with a maximum feed size of 350mm, maximum installed power of 630KW, and a maximum processing capacity of 1200 tons per hour), and other advanced equipment to meet production requirements.
Fully enclosed factory to protect the ecological environment. The construction of a high-standard production factory with a fully enclosed production, sewage treatment measures, and dust suppression measures results in better environmental performance. The discharge of sewage, dust, and noise fully complies with relevant national environmental requirements, achieving green production.
