Another remarkable achievement with the HPY800 built by DERUI Group

In the scorching heat of July, at the Logistics Park on Bird Island, Ningde, Fujian, the atmosphere is as hot as the southern weather. With the roar of machines and vehicles shuttling back and forth, workers are busy under the scorching sun, expanding roads, prefabricating piers, processing steel bars, and more. In this construction army, a sand and gravel production line designed by DERUI Machinery with a daily output of over 2,000 tons of high-quality materials has also entered a busy and orderly construction and installation phase.
In April 2021, DERUI Machinery won the bid for the procurement of crushing and sand-making equipment for the leveling project at Niaoyu Island Logistics Park in Ningde. Considering the limitations of the site terrain and the high production capacity requirements, the DERUI Machinery project team tailored a configuration plan with two PE1300x1600 jaw crushers as coarse crushing equipment, two H700 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers as medium crushing equipment, and four HPY800 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers as fine crushing equipment. The construction of the project began in early May, and the main equipment arrived at the site in mid-June. By the end of August, the project will enter the commissioning and production phase.
