The 1000tph green intelligent sand and gravel Crushing Plant designed and constructed by Derui Industrial Technology Group for Jiaming Mining in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province was officially completed in April 2022. After six months of trial operation, the project has been running smoothly with full-shaped discharge particles, high output, and reliable service support, receiving high praise from customers.

Derui engineers have adapted to local conditions and prevented dust and sewage emissions through modular enclosed dust reduction systems, closed-belt conveyor systems, and mud press filtration for wastewater recycling. The dust emission concentration is ≤10mg/m³, effectively preventing environmental pollution caused by dust and sewage and protecting the local mountain forest ecosystem. This has created a good situation for ecological environment protection and harmonious development of mining areas.
